Can I install an iPoolgo pool alone?+
Yes. One person can complete the setup in about 45 minutes, excluding filling time, using the supplied programmable inflator. Two people are recommended for positioning the larger Ø 5 m and 6 models more comfortably.
How do I choose the right model?+
Start with the available diameter, then choose the height according to the desired depth, users and access constraints.
What planning or tax rules apply?+
For planning purposes, a pool up to 10 m² is generally exempt from permission outside protected areas; a temporary installation not exceeding three months may also be exempt. Local rules, the site and the duration can change the situation. Tax treatment notably depends on whether the pool is fixed or movable. Check with your town hall and tax office.
Can the structure deflate or be punctured?+
The wall uses Drop-Stitch technology, also used in high-pressure paddleboards. When inflated and used as instructed, it provides a stable structure without a metal frame. It is still inflatable: monitor pressure, keep sharp objects away and follow the maintenance guidance.
How long does delivery take?+
Allow 1–2 business days for order processing, followed by an estimated 6–8 business days for delivery in mainland France when the model is in stock. For pre-orders, the exact timeframe is confirmed before or when you order.
Should the pool be stored for winter?+
It is not compulsory, but strongly recommended. Draining and storing the pool before severe frost limits exposure to freezing conditions and helps extend the structure’s service life. Allow about 45 minutes, excluding drying time.
